Vote for 2011 Board of Directors

As an owner of Directions Credit Union, it's not only your credit union right to vote for our volunteered-based Board of Directors, it's your duty.  This is one of the fundamental differences between credit unions and banks.  The election will open January 1, 2012 and close on March 16, 2012.

This year you will be able to vote either electronically (internet) or by telephone.  Please vote only once and primary accountholder must be at least 16 years of age.

  • Electronic Voting:   The electronic voting will be handled by CUBallot, an independent, secure website.  Just click http://directions.cuballot.com to begin.  Simply follow the instructions.
  • Telephone Voting:  Telephone voting allows members to cast votes by dialing a toll-free number 1-866-923-2142.  Simply follow the instructions.

Annual Shareholders Meeting

The Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held Sunday, March 25, 2012 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at St. Clement's Community Center, 2990 Tremainsville Road, Toledo, Ohio 43613.   Come and listen to news of your credit union and meet the Board of Directors, President/CEO, and staff.  Meeting will be followed by a light lunch.
