Electronic Statements

New - beginning August 5, 2010 - Receive your account periodic statements plus any account notifications electronically instead of through the U.S. mail.  eDocuments - eStatements & eNotices provide a safe and secure way to receive vital account information.  eDocuments are:

  • Safe & Secure- Access your eDocuments using a secure account log in. eDocuments are not sent by email or by paper to an unsecure mailbox.
  • Convenient- eDocuments are archived for several months.  No need to file paper copies, we store them for you! 
  • Quick- eDocuments are available online days sooner than paper statements arrive by mail.
  • Environmentally Friendly- eDocuments save paper which ultimately saves trees!
  • Cost Effective-  Signing up for eDocuments entitles you to receive one FREE box of checks per year*

*Excludes eChecking accounts.

How do I sign up to receive eDocuments?


Enrolled in CUOnline and want to begin receiving eDocuments:

eDocuments are available through CUOnline.  Access CUOnline then click the "eDocuments" button to enroll. 

Not enrolled in CUOnline, but want to receive eDocuments:
You must  Sign Up for CUOnline.  Once you receive your initial CUOnline password through U.S. mail, you will be able to enroll for eDocuments by clicking the "eDocuments" button within CUOnline.

You’ll receive an e-mail to let you know that your periodic statement or account notice is available to view. 


Once you enroll for eDocuments, you will begin receiving your periodic statements, account notifications including any change in terms notices, disclosures, Annual Percentage Yield, fees and other applicable terms of our deposit accounts and loans, will be sent to you electronically.  From time to time, Directions will also email informative account information, product promotions, critical alerts, etc.

By initiating and utilizing Directions CUOnline service, you automatically accept the agreement and disclosures for this service electronically.
